Frequently Asked Questions:

1. If I enter this phase, am I obliged to participate in the next one?

R: Given the latest information we obtained (RT/Administration strategy, the Fund's situation and the CMP's approach), what we need right away is to have significant help in interacting with the different entities, mainly with the CMP and the Fund beyond the structuring of the script of actions to be carried out for requalification. The next or next phases will have to be defined later by considering the obligation to remain in the initiative if and when any supporter decides to stop being so;

2. Since there must be different alternatives, what is the decision process for the final choice?

R: At the end of the first phase, the results will be presented to the initiative's contributors and the next steps will be voted democratically by all contributors with the coordination of APPV.

3. Can I stop supporting the project at any time?

A: In view of the answer to question 1, it is premature to ask this question, not foreseeing for the time being any obligation to stay.

4. In the case of giving up, do you return the money that I have given, or part of it?

A: Initial funding will focus on the analysis phase and there will be no surplus to be returned. Furthermore, and based on the answer to the previous question, it does not make sense to talk about withdrawals/returns right now;

5. Throughout the project, several decisions will be necessary, what is the decision process?

R: Whenever there is a decision, these will be taken democratically by all taxpayers with the coordination of APPV;

6. Taking into account the payment proportional to the permileage of each one, does a possible voting process take into account the same principle?

7. What will happen if not all members agree to this initial payment?

A: In the event that not all initial adherents make the payment, APPV reserves the right to decide whether or not to proceed with the initiative. If the initiative does not proceed, APPV will return all amounts received as a result of its cancellation.

8. How will contributions be made? Will they be donations? If yes, how do they intend to return amounts eventually paid in excess?

A: Contributions will be made in the form of donations to APPV. Being an initiative with the value initially foreseen, no amount will not be refunded.
