APPV, following complaints from several associates, regarding phone calls considered unacceptable by the lawyers who provide legal advice to Ravina do Tempo, decided to file a protest in the form of an email to the Board of Sociedade Sérvulo & Associados.

However, we have received information from several associates that the Lawyers have changed their approach and are now sending an email before contacting the Owners by phone.

The “pressure” exerted by APPV had an effect!

APPV continues to advise its Members to:

• avoid any telephone contact with Ravina do Tempo Lawyers;
• require that any topic, informative or otherwise, be communicated in writing, that is, by email or letter.
