APPV is the Palmela Village Owners Association.

O Palmela Village is a tourist development located in Quinta do Anjo, municipality of Palmela, classified as a Tourist Village in only 1 of the 23 phases that compose it.

Palmela Village has been in an irregular situation for many years., as a tourist village, which has caused damage and inconvenience to the many owners who have acquired fractions there as their own housing and are not interested in giving them up for exploitation, as if they were accommodation units.

Thus, APPV's mission is to defend the interests of its Associates in order to improve the quality of life in Palmela Village and that each Associate owner actually has what is written in his deed of purchase, promoting sustainable development and contributing to the resolution of problems identified in the project.

APPV also promotes participatory and informed citizenship in the community, information and awareness actions that contribute to good neighborliness and cultural, recreational, sporting or social actions that are considered of interest to members, directly or through partnerships with third parties. .
